Small Group Training (Classes)

(60-minutes)

Our Small Group Training classes deliver the best of both worlds: personalized coaching with the energy and accountability of a supportive community.


Our class sizes are intimate, allowing our coaches to provide real-time feedback, individualized modifications, and smart progressions—so you train safely, effectively, and with purpose. 

Programming is intentionally structured around strength, movement quality, and conditioning that supports your life outside the gym, not workouts that leave you feeling burnt out or broken down.

CORE VALUES

(Up to 60-minutes)

 Core Values is our on-ramp into Fit Factory classes. Think of it as learning the fundamentals before stepping fully into class.


This program is designed to teach you the movements you’ll see in our workouts, how to perform them with proper technique, and how to move safely and efficiently for your body. 

We focus on mechanics, control, and confidence—so when you join classes, you’re not guessing OR rushing.


Just as importantly, Core Values allows us to learn you. 

We assess your current abilities, understand your strengths and limitations, and establish personalized modifications where needed. That way, when you’re in class, you already know what options work best for you—and we know how to coach you effectively.


By starting with Core Values, you build a strong foundation that makes your training experience smoother, safer, and far more sustainable. 

The result? Better performance, fewer setbacks, and longevity in your training—not just for today, but for years to come.
